Terms of Use
1. About these terms
These terms apply to the Jobix app and its web pages. Jobix is published by M7 software. M7 software is operated by an individual developer based in Morocco. Contact: support@m7-software.com
By creating an account or using the app, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
2. The service
Jobix helps owners of small trade businesses record their workers, clients (projects), daily attendance, payments to workers, payments received, project expenses and tools, and see totals computed from these records. It includes an AI assistant that answers questions about your records and can prepare forms that you confirm before anything is saved.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and use Jobix for your own business activity.
- Give a correct email address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
- Tell us quickly at support@m7-software.com if you think someone else is using your account.
4. Your data and your responsibility
- The records you enter belong to you. You are responsible for their accuracy.
- When you enter information about other people (workers, clients), you must have the right to do so and respect the law that applies to you, including Moroccan Law 09-08 on personal data. We process this information on your behalf, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Keep your own copy of information that is important for you. Photos are stored only on your phone and are lost if the phone or the app is lost or removed.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Jobix for anything illegal, fraudulent or harmful to others;
- enter information you have no right to use, or sensitive information that the app does not need;
- try to access other users' data, get around security or usage limits, or overload the service;
- copy, resell, decompile or modify the app, except where the law allows it;
- use the AI assistant to produce content unrelated to managing your business, or abusive content.
We may limit, suspend or block an account that breaks these rules.
6. The AI assistant
- Totals, balances and day counts are computed by the app from your records. The assistant chooses what to show and writes the answer in words.
- Answers can be wrong, incomplete or misunderstood. Check important figures in the app before you rely on them.
- Advice from the assistant is general information only, not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional for those matters.
- Nothing is saved from the chat until you confirm the form that the assistant shows you.
- The assistant has a daily usage limit. When it is reached, the assistant tells you when it will be available again. Limits may change.
7. Availability and changes
- We try to keep Jobix available and working well, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, without errors or without interruption. Some features need an internet connection.
- We may change, add or remove features, change usage limits, or stop the service. For important changes, we will try to inform you in advance by reasonable means.
8. Plans and prices
Jobix can be used free of charge today, with limits on the AI assistant. Paid plans may be introduced in the future. Their price and content will be shown clearly before you subscribe, and you will never be charged without your explicit agreement.
9. Ending your use
- You can stop using Jobix and delete your account at any time from the app (menu ☰ → Profile → Delete account permanently).
- We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or if the law requires it. When possible, we will tell you why.
10. Limitation of liability
- Jobix is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, M7 software is not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, lost data, or decisions taken on the basis of the app's figures or the assistant's answers.
- Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited under the law, or your rights as a consumer under Moroccan law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Kingdom of Morocco. In case of a dispute, please contact us first at support@m7-software.com so we can try to find a solution together. If no solution is found, the competent Moroccan courts will decide.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using Jobix after a change, you accept the new terms.
