Delete your Jobix account
Jobix is published by M7 software. This page explains how to delete your Jobix account and what happens to your data.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Jobix and sign in.
- Open the menu (☰) and tap Profile.
- Tap Delete account permanently, then confirm.
- Sign in again to confirm it is you (your password, or your Google account).
- Wait until the deletion is finished. If it is interrupted (for example, no internet), do it again: it finishes the deletion.
What is deleted
- All your records: workers, clients, attendance, payments to workers, payments received, project expenses, tools and their move history, and monthly totals.
- Your profile (name, email, phone, currency, settings saved in the account).
- Your AI usage history on our gateway (your plan and your past daily counters).
- Your sign-in account (Firebase Authentication).
- On the phone used for the deletion: the photos linked to your profile and tools, the AI chat history and your ratings of AI answers.
Deletion is final: the data cannot be recovered.
What is kept, and for how long
- Today's AI usage counter (your user identifier and today's numbers): until the automatic clean-up after the end of the day (UTC). It prevents using account deletion to get around the daily limit.
- If the account was blocked for abuse: the block record (user identifier and block status), kept to prevent the abuse from continuing.
- Technical logs of our service providers (Google, Cloudflare): kept for the limited time set by these providers. Our gateway's logs do not contain the content of your messages.
- The app language and theme: stay on the phone until you uninstall the app.
If you cannot open the app
Send an email to support@m7-software.com from the email address of your Jobix account, with the subject "Delete my Jobix account". We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We will then delete the account and all the data listed above, and confirm by email.
Photos and the chat history are stored only on your phone: uninstall the app to remove them.
